WHAT IF I NEED TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
Our goal at Tenfold is for you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Items may be exchanged within 15 days of original purchase date so long as they are unworn and in resalable condition. Returns can also be within 15 days, but shipping charges are non-refundable. We do not provide return shipping for returns/exchanges. If you are unable to find another item in our current stock to exchange, you will be issued a store credit. Once we receive your return, please allow 7-10 business days to process your return for store credit. When we have processed your return, we will send a notification to the email address on file. After you have been notified via email, please allow 10 business days for your refund to process through your financial institution.
